12 to15 cooked Lasagna noodles (enough to make 3 layers in lasagna pan)* Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley & salt. Coat bottom of lasagna pan with sauce. Then layer. 1st & 2nd layers -1/3 noodles, 1/3 sauce, 1/2 ricotta mix & 1/3 Mozzarella. Last layer-remaining noodles, sauce & and mozzarella. *To keep noodles from sticking together, Add some olive oil in the boiling water &, after draining & rinsing, place on wax paper in single layers. |
