1 bunch fresh or frozen broccoli Cook broccoli until tender. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Place chicken or top of broccoli Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder, and pour this over broccoli and chicken. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4. |
